Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client: 30+ Days Before the Event: Full refund of any payments made, excluding a non-refundable booking fee of $100. 15–29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the total service fee. 14 Days or Less Before the Event: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event up to 15 days before the scheduled date without penalty, subject to availability. If the event is rescheduled less than 15 days prior, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. Cancellation by Libation Station LLC: In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund, including the booking fee, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for cancellations or rescheduling caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, a rescheduling option will be provided without penalty. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of cancellation.
