Refund & Cancellation Policy

Libation Station LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

Libation Station LLC understands that event plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

A deposit or retainer may be required to reserve your event date. Your event is not confirmed until payment has been received and Libation Station LLC has provided written confirmation.

Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable because they reserve your date, block availability for other clients, and allow planning and preparation to begin.

If a client cancels an event, the following general policy applies unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible to transfer the deposit to a new available date.

Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may require payment of the full remaining balance, depending on services booked, staffing, supplies, travel, and preparation already completed.

If an event is rescheduled, Libation Station LLC will make reasonable efforts to apply payments to the new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

If Libation Station LLC must cancel due to circumstances within our control, the client may receive a refund of payments made for services not provided.

Refunds are not provided for guest count reductions, unused service time, unused supplies, early event ending, venue restrictions, client-provided alcohol shortages, or circumstances outside Libation Station LLC’s control.

Weather-related cancellations or delays will be handled based on the event agreement, venue policy, and safety considerations. Outdoor events should have a backup plan.

Overtime, additional services, added staff, travel fees, and last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
