Libation Station LLC Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Libation Station LLC. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, or entering into an agreement with Libation Station LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Libation Station LLC provides mobile bartending and event beverage service support. All alcohol must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing and permitted by law. Libation Station LLC does not sell alcohol.

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or retainer has been paid and Libation Station LLC has provided written confirmation.

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including event date, location, guest count, service times, venue requirements, and any special instructions. Changes to event details may affect pricing, staffing, setup needs, and availability.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required venue approvals, permits, alcohol permissions, and event-related authorizations are obtained before the event.

​

Libation Station LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, is underage, behaves aggressively, or presents a safety concern. Valid identification may be required before alcohol service.

​

Guests may not self-serve alcohol unless expressly permitted in writing. Libation Station LLC may stop alcohol service if unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate conditions arise.

​

Payment terms, deposits, final balances, overtime charges, travel fees, add-ons, and other service fees will be outlined in the client’s quote, invoice, agreement, or event service authorization.

​

The client may be responsible for any damage to Libation Station LLC equipment, supplies, mobile bar setup, décor, or service items caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, or others at the event.

​

Libation Station LLC is not responsible for delays, restrictions, or service interruptions caused by weather, venue limitations, lack of access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate client information, third-party vendors, or circumstances outside our control.

​

Photos or videos may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes only with client permission. Clients may opt out by notifying Libation Station LLC in writing before the event.

​

Libation Station LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted on this website will apply unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
